NHS waiting lists for people trying to quit heroin: 6 months

The Irish News reveals that people struggling with addiction are facing delays of 29 weeks in the Belfast trust to get onto a drug-substitute programme. Some cannot even get onto the waiting list. Even less chance of rehab.
