Young adults with ADHD “3 times more likely” to be addicted to illegal drugs

University of Toronto study is part of a growing body of evidence linking ADHD with problem drug use. Its study of 7,000 people suggests those with ADHD are more likely to have drug problems and that some are self-medicating.
