Brighton councillor says residents fear new alcoholic neighbours

Homeless people with serious substance abuse problems were moved into Brighton accommodation for the over 55s.“It’s no good trying to bring the numbers down by saying you’re giving them somewhere to live. They torment residents. They need help.”
