Canada detects synthetic opioid 10-20 times stronger than fentanyl

Canada’s College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan warned of a highly potent opioid detected in the Saskatoon area. The synthetic opioid, known as etonitazene, is in the form of an orange powder or grainy substance.
