Driver on cannabis performs ‘worst ever’ road side test

Bodycam footage shows the drugged-up driver failing simple tests: he could not walk even 2 steps straight on a white line, instead losing his balance and falling to the side. As well as using cannabis, mephedrone was found in his car.
