Local authorities: £533million to ‘rebuild’ drug treatment services

The government is to provide £533million over the next 3 years to “rebuild” council-commissioned substance misuse treatment services in England. It is part of a 10-year government drugs strategy published Monday and totalling £780million of investment in drug treatment, Local Government Chronicle writes.
