EMCDDA: drug consumption rooms

The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs & Drug Addiction found that “there is insufficient evidence to satisfactorily assess the impact of drug consumption rooms on HCV and HIV infections and mortality [or to] increase engagement with addiction treatment and social services”.
