Superyacht seized with £160million cocaine to be auctioned

The MY Kahu was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act (Poca), and will on Wednesday be put up for auction – minus the 2 tonnes of cocaine – with the money used to fund the National Crime Agency’s operations.
