What’s in happy water?

Authorities in SE Asia are alarmed about a literal cocktail of drugs popular in Thailand and Myanmar. The powdered mixture of synthetic substances – including MDMA, methamphetamine, diazepam, ketamine – is dissolved in liquid to produce a psychoactive beverage known as “happy water”.
