Canada: “psychotherapy should be tax free”

A new campaign aims to remove a financial barrier to therapy: a tax on counselling services from counsellors and psychotherapists that experts say is unfair. Other mental health professionals can offer their patients a sales tax exemption, but counsellors and psychotherapists are currently unable to do so.
