As youth mental health worsens, states stop tracking it

As the covid-19 pandemic worsened a mental health crisis among young people, Colorado, Florida and Idaho quietly withdrew from the US’s largest public effort to track concerning behaviors in high school students. They will not participate in a key part of the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior surveys.
