Marijuana giant Curaleaf will pay $100,000 to settle a class-action lawsuit over a 2021 manufacturing blunder in which it sold CBD wellness drops that contained THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. Curaleaf settled 10 lawsuits in January.
