Department of Justice seeks court injunctions against e-cigarette makers

The US Department of Justice took legal action against 6 e-cigarette manufacturers, seeking permanent injunctions on behalf of the FDA. The complaints marked the 1st time the FDA has taken this step against e-cigarette manufacturers to enforce its premarket review requirements for new tobacco products, CNN reported.
