‘Phantom providers’ are a nightmare for parents

Oregon Health & Science University found that almost 60% of listings in the state’s Medicaid directory of health care providers, were “phantom” providers that did not actually see any patients. The Kennedy Forum explains why this is a nightmare for parents trying to help addicted children.
