Prosecutors unsealed a 10-count indictment against Big Boy’s Mohamed Kazkaz and others, including a physician, accused of participating in an $11million healthcare fraud scheme that cheated Medicare by billing for phony psychotherapy sessions. Kazkaz laundered money including via a $1.445million cashier’s check to Big Boy.
