DEA: telehealth docs and controlled substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration issued a temporary rule (until 11 November) that takes effect tomorrow when the pandemic-era public health emergency ends. It allows telemedicine doctors to prescribe controlled substances without an in-person medical appointment.
