Prisoners spend over £7million a year on vapes and e-cigs

Prison reform groups say that inmates spending long hours in their cells turn to the products in the absence of healthier activities. Figures show that prison inmates spent over £7million a year on vapes and e-cigarettes – in the previous financial year, inmates spent £7,655,766 on vapes and £7,930 on e-cigarettes, Metro reported.
