Few use Bitcoin as currency – it’s for gambling

A Reserve Bank of Australia survey about Consumer Payment Behaviour showed that cryptocurrency is used by no more than 2% of adults for purchases. This confirm 2022 data from the US Federal Reserve showing 2% of the adult US population pay using cryptocurrrency, and Sweden’s Riksbank showing less than 1% of Swedes pay with crypto.
