Juul seeks to influence FDA with new app

Banned in the US last year, e-cigarette maker Juul is again seeking the Food and Drug Administration’s approval, with a ploy that its new e-cigarette has new technology that will restrict access to anyone underage – the technology being a mobile and web-based app enabling age-verification.
