‘Medical’ cannabis did not reduce pain prescriptions, procedures

On the heels of studies showing that ‘medical’ cannabis performs no better than a placebo for pain, Weill Cornell Medicine, John Hopkins University et al found no important effects of medical cannabis laws on receipt of non/opioid pain treatment among patients with chronic noncancer pain.
