Who are the adolescents saying “No” to cannabis offers

Which teens are more likely to say “no” to cannabis? They have better parent-child relationships, negative drug-related beliefs, lack of close relationships with cannabis-users, low delinquency, no regular tobacco use, and infrequent alcohol intoxication, said the Norwegian Institute of Public Health-Department of Alcohol, Drug & Tobacco Research.
