The Ministry of Justice published a process evaluation of the drug recovery prison at HMP Holme House. Leicester University researchers looked at the implementation of the Drug Recovery Prison which began in 2017 as a 3-year initiative: a whole prison approach to tackling drugs in prison and aiding long-term recovery.
