Powder cocaine use: call for evidence

The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs has extended until 2 October the deadline for evidence on the prevalence and drivers of powder cocaine use by young people and adults, Home Office and Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs announced.
