Quebec: 16 addiction treatment centres closed

At a time when the number of people experiencing homelessness is growing in Quebec, 16 addiction treatment centres closed down in the last 10 years, removing 830 beds for vulnerable populations, according to the Coalition des organismes communautaires en dépendance. Discussions on homelessness must include this.
