Where do you fall on new internet addiction spectrum?

The University of Surrey yesterday suggested a scale for people who might be addicted to the internet. It split users into 5 categories for how internet-addicted they might be. The goal was to “clarify” the difference between using the internet problematically and being addicted to it. See also Where do you fall on the internet spectrum?
