National and Homeland Security meeting on illicit fentanyl

Yesterday, President Biden met with his national and homeland security leadership to address the “deadly scourge of illicit fentanyl” and how to tackle the global crisis posed by synthetic drugs.  They discussed how to build on last week’s commitments from China and Mexico to crack down on fentanyl precursors, production and trafficking.
