Reckitt Benckiser, Indivior ask London court to throw out Suboxone lawsuit

Consumer goods giant Reckitt Benckiser and Indivior yesterday urged London’s High Court to throw out a representative lawsuit over allegedly false marketing of opioid addiction treatment Suboxone. They face a claim brought on behalf of hundreds of investors potentially worth hundreds of millions of £££s, Reuters reported.
