Rise in alcohol-fuelled assaults in lead-up Christmas

Almost 100 alcohol-fuelled serious assaults and over 1,000 reports of domestic abuse were reported to a Welsh police force in December alone last year. Dyfed-Powys force published its latest figures as it prepares for a rise in domestic abuse and serious assaults in the lead up to Christmas.
