Thailand rolls back on cannabis use

Thailand’s latest law classifies any cannabis extract with a concentration of 0.2% or above as a narcotic and growers must obtain a license. This comes after Ecuador repealed a policy allowing possession of small amounts of drugs without prosecution and voter dissatisfaction elsewhere in the world about legalisation/decriminalisation.
