MUP Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment

The Scottish Government developed a Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment to analyse the costs and benefits of the continuation and uprating of minimum unit price on businesses, currently 50p per unit. See also MUP – a half-baked policy which has failed to deliver.
