Oregon: highest fentanyl overdose death rise in US

Oregon decriminalised personal drug use in late 2020. Overdose deaths have since increased: yearly fentanyl overdose deaths in Oregon grew by an estimated 1,500% since before the pandemic, by far the largest increase in the US.
