Court rules drug and alcohol rehab is essential infrastructure

South Australia’s Supreme Court yesterday backed the planning pathway for a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility to help South Australians taking proactive steps to address dependency issues. It is now before the Planning Minister for a final determination.
