Decriminalization: closing Seattle public libraries

Last year, Seattle City Council effectively decriminalized the possession and public use of drugs. Since then, Seattle Public Library closures have been shrouded in misinformation and lack of transparency – but it has emerged they resulted from homeless addicts burdening the system.
