Mum’s campaign changes drug sentencing guidelines

The BBC has reported on the Supply of Drugs to Children Under 16 (Aggravated Offence) Bill resulting in the government writing to the Sentencing Council for England and Wales to recommend that sentencing guidelines state supplying drugs to a child is an aggravating factor.
