Patrick Kennedy shines light on mental health, addiction

Former politician Patrick Kennedy said of his new book, Profiles in Mental Health Courage, “We interviewed all the family members and co-workers, colleagues, because we really don’t have an appreciation for how this illness, which we say is 1 in 4, is really 1 in 1, because it affects everyone around the person who’s suffering”.
