Public Health Scotland’s latest Radar report confirmed that drug-related harms remain high with an 11% rise in suspected drug deaths – coinciding with a 10% fall in drug treatment referrals. Polysubstance use remains the key driver of harms, usually involving benzodiazepines, cocaine and opioids.
