The US mental health workforce

Initiatives have started to increase the mental health workforce. Federal initiatives include the Healthcare Workforce Resilience Act to allow more foreign health care workers to enter the US and the CDC will provide $3billion to support workforce hiring, retention and development. These efforts are mirrored at the state level.
