Braking drink and drug driving harms

England, Wales and Northern Ireland have the highest drink driving limit in Europe. In this blog, Professor Sir Ian Gilmore, chair of the Alcohol Health Alliance and president of the British Medical Association, explains they and others are calling on the next government to lower the limit to reduce harm and saves lives.
