Lambeth Council’s CEO Bayo Dosunmu was arrested last Sunday. The Met said he was charged with possession of a class A controlled drug, failing to stop after a road accident, driving above the proscribed alcohol limit, and using a motor vehicle in a public place without 3rd party insurance.
