Scotland: alcohol danger not taken seriously

The dangers of drinking are not being taken seriously enough in Scotland, according to Alcohol Focus Scotland which said 22 Scots die because of alcohol every week – twice the rate of 1980.  It has published a report with recommendations for the Scottish government, including more investment in treatment.
