The European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs (ESPAD) has been monitoring substance use among European students since 1995. The latest survey reveals a significant shift in substance use among Finnish 9th graders: alcohol and tobacco use fall as e-cigarettes and nicotine pouches use rises.
