The 11-bed facility in Linthorpe, Middlesbrough, offers rehab after detox with the aim of helping patients eventually live independent lives. In a former care home, it was commissioned by Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland councils and set up by former nurse Mark Harrison of Connected Community.
