SNP ministers: ‘PR exercise to spin away failures’ as grim drug death stats loom

SNP ministers were yesterday accused of launching a “public relations” exercise to “spin” away rehab failures ahead of today’s annual drug deaths stats. The scheme, said to be worth £2million, was announced the day before annual drug misuse death figures are due to be published for 2023, the Scottish Sun averred.
