Quebec sees rising drug-related deaths

People who use drugs in Quebec were partly sheltered from Canada’s drug overdose epidemics – but, since 2020, the contamination of the drug market in Quebec – and the crises of British Columbia and Ontario – are present, a University of Montreal research warned.
