ODCP to help substance-exposed infants

West Virginia leads the US in Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and Intrauterine Substance Exposure. Dr Stephen Loyd, the new director of the Office of Drug Control Policy for the state’s Department of Human Services, presented an update on efforts to address this issue.
