Virtual reality and wearable technology pilot to cut drug deaths

King’s College London researchers are building a virtual reality world to help people overcome their cocaine addiction by exposing them to tempting scenarios in a safe setting. The research is 1 of 11 projects, part of a £12million government plan to reduce drug overdoses with new technology.
