Kamala Harris called a “functioning alcoholic”

The latest video from US vice president – and failed presidential candidate – Kanala Harris set tongues wagging. The video was ridiculed by the Republicans as they asked how the video was released and nobody realized how dishevelled and incoherent the vice president appeared.
