Has Sadiq Khan not learned from failed Lambeth experiment?

London mayor Sadiq Khan was warned he ‘risks bringing New York-style drugs chaos to the capital‘ by pushing for softer cannabis laws via a London Drugs Commission report he set up for that purpose. This is despite south London’s failed cannabis depenalisation experiment which led to more crime and hospitalisations – and proven harms elsewhere.
