Tyler Oliviera released a 26:57-minute video on British Columbia as the 1st and only province in Canada to decriminalise all drugs. “I wish I could hug each and every one of them. With proper steps put in place for access to rehab and recovery the method is possible. It’s so sad that when we as a country attempt to make a change it’s half winded and ends up causing more harm.”
