Rotherham: child cannabis use above average

Children in Rotherham use cannabis and vape about 3 times higher than the national average for their age group, a survey of all 16 of its secondary schools by Rotherham Council revealed. The schoolchildren don’t seem to have been asked about links to grooming gangs the town is associated with.
